Returns Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Due to health policies we can not except returns or refunds on used cosmetics or skincare products. 30 Days Money Back Guaranteed. (Product costs, sales tax, shipping and handling not included.) Shipping back is customers responsibility.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Processing can take 5-7 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We encourage our customers to try the product through sample purchasing if unsure.

Once shipment is received, please contact us within same shipping day if there is any damages to any of the products received. Prior to leaving our shipping location we be sure all packaging is handled with the best care, prior to shipping.

Please call prior to returns, so we can personally meet everyone’s needs accordingly for customer satisfaction. A form must be filled out and sent back with return.
