SAMPLES - MADE IN USA

Some of our products will be offered in sample to purchase prior to buying a larger bottle so you may feel how each product feels, performs and smells using cold processed Botanicals with no sensitizing fragrances and some products Natural with certified Organic Ingredients.

ORDERS -MADE IN USA

Purchases only in USA for now.
Please call with any questions or concerns. We want to meet everyone’s personal needs with the purchase of each product helping to enhance customer self- confidence.
Products may be out of stock as we do our best to restock. Due to the ingredients of our products we want to guarantee Freshness.
2-3 days processing for in stock items. We will notify you if processing will be longer (Example: Experiencing a high volume of orders, Holidays Etc.)
After receiving your order an invoice and credit card authorization will be sent for signature approving your order to process. All documents must be returned. Once we receive the paperwork, we will process order and ship with receipt. Can take up to 10 days between processing and shipping combined. Processing and shipping typically occurs sooner than this time frame.

Payments are taken through square.

SHIPPING

Customer’s will be responsible for shipping costs. Handling charges are seperate cost from shipping costs in invoice. Will be calculated and assessed during processing time in invoice for accurate charges. Please specify if you'd like a certain shipment.
Handling Costs of $2.50 is added to shipping cost at checkout through website.
If any shipping issues may arise, we will notify you. (High Volume of orders,Holidays, Etc.)
Shipping USPS- check for changes as we are seeking for the most cost effective shipping methods throughout our journey.
Only within business hours. May vary due to Holidays, weather, Etc.
2-3 days to process after order, up to 7 days delivery.
Orders not shipped on holidays or weekends. Example:If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, processing will not start till Monday.
For confirmations & order tracking, an email must be provided DURING your order to keep track. Once the item is scanned by USPS for shipment you will then receive tracking information.
Amor Provencher Beauty Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost DURING shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are here to help direct you if this may occur.
Once orders delivered please notify us within 24 hours of any issues.

Shipping cost on customer for returns.
Changes can change. No returns after products have been open- we offer samples for testing and want no waste to occur, please make careful decisions when purchasing our products.
All products still in same condition prior to shipping has 14 days from purchase to return. For all returns you must contact office to get A RMA- Returned Merchandise authorization number, as well as form filled out. We seek to understand the nature of each return personally.
Times may vary depending on type of return. Once RMA number has been given plus all paperwork returned can take up to 5-7 Days to process once received.
Up to 10 days for refund to go into account after processed.

Taxes

Based on your location of sale, Sales Tax will be charged.
